Who’s Dan?
Hi, I’m Dan Coperich — your friendly neighbourhood New Home Broker, lover of good footy, fierce goat negotiator (more on that later), and someone who genuinely loves helping everyday Aussies get into their first home.
I’ve been working in the building and development industry since 2008 — across every sector of the game. If there’s a challenge in residential construction, I’ve probably faced it (and fixed it).
Why Do I Do What I Do?
Because there’s nothing better than seeing someone walk through the front door of a home they never thought they could afford.
My passion is educating people about how the new home process really works — no fluff, no pressure, no mystery fees. Just honest guidance and smart solutions. When I’m Not Doing That…
You’ll probably find me cheering on the footy, watching F1 qualifying sessions at 1am, catching the latest Twenty20 over, or sneaking in a game of tennis with a coffee in one hand and a farm animal in the other.I’ve competitively swum, played baseball, and still love all things American Football, soccer, and sport in general. Keeps me on my toes — especially when I’m trying to keep up with my partner Amanda and our unofficial zoo of dogs, cats, chickens, goats, horses, and the occasional ‘uninvited’ slithering guest.
