The land shown in our packages is not owned by 369 Home Broker. It is listed for demonstration purposes only, with prices based on collaboration with landowners or developers. Land availability is subject to change without notice. 369 Home Broker may receive a marketing referral from the land developer or selling agent, which may or may not be credited toward your house and land package.
Design changes may be required to comply with developer guidelines, estate covenants, or council regulations. Additional costs associated with such changes are the responsibility of the purchaser. A separate land contract will be required with the developer, and a Lump Sum Build Contract (LSBC) will be entered into with 369 Home Broker.

Loan approvals are subject to lender criteria and assessment. Repayments provided on this site are estimates only, calculated based on assumptions including a 10% deposit and $10,000 First Home Owners Grant (subject to eligibility and approval). Interest rates, comparison rates, and loan conditions are subject to change.

Promotional Offers

Bad Credit Assistance: Offers such as credit repair or default removal may involve third-party services. Clients must request and confirm participation in such promotions at their initial consultation. 369 Home Broker does not guarantee success in default removal and is not responsible for costs if the client withdraws.
Single Parent 2% Deposit Scheme: Subject to government eligibility and lender approval. Places are limited. Promotional finance packages assume First Home Owners Grant eligibility; if not eligible, a minimum deposit will be required. Lender terms and rates may vary.
